Dr. Vedaste
NDAHINDWA, MD is currently an Assistant lecturer at the National
University of Rwanda, in the School of Public Health. He is also the
Director of the University Centre of Public Health (CUSP). He was born
in 1976 in Bujumbura, Burundi. He has been a general practitioner since
2005. He received his Degree in Human Medicine at the National
University of Rwanda. His dissertation was entitled “Cancer in the
Teaching Hospitals of Rwanda: Epidemiological and Pathological
Aspects”. Dr NDAHINDWA has a strong interest in Biostatistics and
Health Economics. He worked as a research assistant at the National
Malaria Control Program, in a clinical trial on the efficacy and
tolerance of the Chlorproguanil Dapsone (LAPDAP) among children below 5
years old. He is fluent in French, English and Swahili.
