Julienne Barakagwira

Barakagwira Julienne, BS, took her degree in Statistics in 1995 at the Insitut Superieur de Commerce de l’Universite du Burundi.  She is currently pursuing the second level of a degree in Demography at the Independent University of Kigali.  Ms. Barakagwira has held the position of Secretary at the School of Public Health since January 2006. Prior to assuming her current role, Ms Barakagwira served as Manager of the Statistics Section for the National University of Rwanda’s Personnel Division.  Ms. Barakagwira speaks fluent French and Kinyarwanda and some English.
