Applications for 2008 MPH Program are being accepted until December 15th

Students can now submit applications for the MPH Program January 2008 entry.  Applications will be accepted from now until the 15th December 2007. Please submit applications to:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION TO NURSPH

1. Two notarised copies of bachelor’s degree certificate or its equivalent

2. Two copies of transcripts of the last higher education year

3. Two copies of medical certificate dating from less than 3 months

4. Two copies of birth certificate or any other legal proof

5. Two copies of identity card or passport

6. Three passport size photographs

7. Deposit proof of requisite fees.

8. CV

9. Proof of work experience from employers.

LES PIECES REQUISES A L’INSCRIPTION  À L’UNR/ESP

1. Photocopie certifiée conforme du diplôme d’études supérieures ou de tout autre diplôme juge équivalent en 2 exemplaires

2. Bulletins scolaires de la dernière année d’études supérieures s’il y a lieu en 2 exemplaires

3. Certificat médical datant de moins de 3 mois en 2 exemplaires

4. Attestation de naissance ou autre preuve légale en 2 exemplaires

5. Photocopie de la carte d’identité ou passeport en 2 exemplaires

6. Photographie de format « passeport » en 3 exemplaires

7. Preuve de versement des frais exiges.
